STANDARD POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:


Allow 3-8 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia) To view delivery times based on your postcode Please select an address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel when it arrives. Orders can be sent to a business address. 

Your delivery cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to the below table for an example of what your delivery cost may be*.

Postage And Delivery For Domestic Orders

Pharmacy Direct, the first Australian online pharmacy, are able to offer you one of the most affordable and fast delivery services throughout Australia, with no additional charges for standard delivery to remote Australia. 

Domestic orders can be delivered anywhere in Australia. You will be able to select if you would like your parcel to be left without signature with exception to parcels including a prescription medicine. In this case, for your security, you will always require a signature on receipt.

Please ensure at the checkout stage you tick to have your parcel left unsigned or that you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel (a work place is always a safe option).

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a consignment number and website link for you to track the progress of your package online.

It may be necessary to ship some large orders in more than one box and hence you may receive your full order at different times.

Express Delivery within Australia

Allow 2-3 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post  (depending on where you live in Australia) For the Sydney Metro area, allow 1-2 working days from the time we receive your order to when your parcel arrives to you. Please select an address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel when it arrives. Orders can be sent to a business address. 

You can change your Standard delivery to Express delivery during the checkout process. Once selected, the express postage charge will be calculated automatically for you based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

Free Delivery

Free delivery promotions apply to standard shipping services ONLY, for orders placed online, via our call centre, or mail orders, on single parcels over $99 and less than 5kg, to Australian addresses and is only applied once per order. 


Out of Stock Items

At Pharmacy Direct we try to ensure that every product is in stock. However, if for some reason a particular product is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email. If we are not able to get the product in within a couple of days, we can offer to substitute the product for another size/item/etc, or we will refund your purchase. We strive our best to deliver your parcel to you in a timely manner, with this in mind, we will make our best attempts to contact you, if unsuccessful, we will process your refund. If you wish to have an item placed on backorder this can be arranged. However, you need to contact us by email ( pharmacy@pharmacydirect.com.au ) or on 1300 934 785 to arrange this. 


Out of Stock Items and Free Delivery

Free delivery is only applied once per order. If your order contains an item that is out of stock and you wish for us to backorder your item, your backorder is subject to the terms of the free delivery conditions explained above. If your backorder is under $99, we will give you the opportunity to add to your order so that it qualifies for free delivery.


Acceptance of Goods

Pharmacy Direct takes your privacy seriously and as such we require a signature upon acceptance of goods delivered. Please ensure that you allocate a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your delivery between the hours of 8am5pm (Mon – Fri).

If no one is present to sign off for your parcel a card will be left in the mail box and the parcel is left at the nearest Post Office for collection.

For deliveries within the Sydney metropolitan areas, a calling card is left with the driver’s phone number and they will attempt to re-deliver your package once.

If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, the parcel is returned to our warehouse in Molendinar, QLD.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an automated email from us with your parcel tracking details. Please ensure that we have your correct email address at the time of placing your order so as you can be kept up to date with your orders delivery status. You can update your email address at any time via the My Account section of this website.
