1. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who receive  the promotional eDM from Pharmacy Direct. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.  Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
3. The promotion begins on 28/11/12 and ends at 5pm AEDST on 17/12/12 (“Promotion Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period: (i)click the link in the promotional eDM they receive from Pharmacy Direct, which will send them to the Pharmacy Direct website; (ii)purchase any eligible Herron Natural Healthcare product (i.e Herron Liver Detox, Herron Opti-Multi Men 18-50, Herron Opti-Multi Women 18-50, Herron Acidophilus Plus, Herron Hair Skin & Nails, or Herron Mega B) on the Pharmacy Direct website, and provide all requested personal details at the time of check-out. Purchase must be made by clicking through eDM otherwise the entry will not be received.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
8. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
9. Entrant must retain a print-out of their purchase invoices to verify each entry.  Failure to provide these to the Promoter upon request will result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter’s discretion, in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, indecipherable, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise. Purchase invoice(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made at Pharmacy Direct, and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.
10. The draw will be conducted at 11.00am on 18/12/12 at the offices of Aspen Pharmacare, Ground Floor, 34-36 Chandos Street St, Leonards NSW 2065. Winners will be notified via email and telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
11. The first ten (10)valid entries drawn will each win 1 x Christmas hamper valued at $100 each. Each hamper consists ofthe following items: 200ml Yellowglen Yellow, 180g Tago Biscuits, 50g Jelly Belly Assorted Flavours, 50g Sally Williams Nougat, 45g Charlie’s Passionfruit Creams, 285g Urban Spirit Chilli Jam, 35g Snax with Attitude Pretzels, 120g Christmas Cake, 100g Premium Christmas Pudding, 75g Buiteman Gouda & Chive Biscuits, 40g Morish Pop-a-jak, 40g Grans Fudge, 80g Butterfingers Macadamia Shortbread, 43g Rendez Vous Fruit Drops
12. If the winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years at the closing date of the promotion, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
13. The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draws at 11.00am on 27/03/13 at the same location as the original draw to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) business days of the draw.
16. Cost of the Internet is the entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
17. Any prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
18. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
19. In the event that a prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
20. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly.  Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au/publications/synopses/ds10syn.htm. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
