Free Delivery
Free delivery promotions apply to standard shipping services ONLY, for orders placed online, via our call centre, or mail orders, on single parcels over $99 and less than 5kg, to Australian addresses and is only applied once per order.

Out of Stock Items
At Pharmacy Direct we try to ensure that every product is in stock. However, if for some reason a particular product is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email. If we are not able to get the product in within a couple of days, we can offer to substitute the product for another size/item/etc, or we will refund your purchase. We strive our best to deliver your parcel to you in a timely manner, with this in mind, we will make our best attempts to contact you, if unsuccessful, we will process your refund. If you wish to have an item placed on backorder this can be arranged. However, you need to contact us by email ( ) or on 1300 934 785 to arrange this.

Out of Stock Items and Free Delivery
Free delivery is only applied once per order. If your order contains an item that is out of stock and you wish for us to backorder your item, your backorder is subject to the terms of the free delivery conditions explained above. If your backorder is under $99, we will give you the opportunity to add to your order so that it qualifies for free delivery.
