Acceptance of goods & order tracking


Pharmacy Direct takes your privacy seriously and as such we require a signature upon acceptance of goods delivered. Please ensure that you allocate a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your delivery between the hours of 8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri).

If no one is present to sign off for your parcel a card will be left in the mail box and the parcel is left at the nearest Post Office for collection.

For deliveries within the Sydney metropolitan areas, a calling card is left with the driver’s phone number and they will attempt to re-deliver your package once.

If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, the parcel is returned to our warehouse in Molendinar, QLD.


Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an automated email from us with your parcel tracking details. Please ensure that we have your correct email address at the time of placing your order so as you can be kept up to date with your orders delivery status. You can update your email address at any time via the My Account section of this website.
