Customers must advise the customer service representative that they would like to place their order with the “WantItNow – 3hr same day shipping service” and pay for their purchase (inc. shipping) by Credit Card ONLY (i.e. guaranteeing full payment at time of order). Customers will pay a delivery fee of between $12.95 - $32.95 (inc GST) to have their goods delivered to them by WantItNow delivery service. Delivery zones & charges are based on distance from Brighter Choice and Pharmacy Direct distribution centre at 3 Coal Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 to the delivery destination. Customers wanting to include prescription medication as a part of this service will need to have an original & valid script on file with Pharmacy Direct at time of placing their order. Faxed or emailed scripts will not be accepted. The current prescription must have the appropriate number of repeats to meet the quantity ordered. Delivery qualification is also subject to availability of stock on-hand at time of placing order. Customers must be available to sign for their package at time of delivery by the courier. Delivery addresses can be residential homes or businesses but will not deliver to PO boxes. We can guarantee we'll dispatch your parcel at time of placing the order (please allow a maximum of thirty minutes for your order to be dispatched after it has been phoned through) however we cannot guarantee weather events or other events out of our control which may impede on delivery within the 3hr allocation.
