Additions & Deletions
We cannot add or delete items to/from orders once they have been placed.
Back orders
We are unable to process back orders unless prior arrangements have been made. To place a back order please contact us prior to placing the order.
Declined Credit Cards
If a credit card is declined we reserve the right to charge administration fees as much time is spent phoning customers and orders are delayed.
Double orders
Please do not fax and post orders. If this is done then we see this as two separate orders and we will send your order twice. We cannot accept one order back for credit if this happens. When sending prescriptions for an order placed online, email, fax or phone please write the order number on the back of the envelope so we can match them together without delay. When mailing an order please enclose the order form and prescriptions together.
Multiple orders
If ordering bulk orders for more than one person, please include names and phone numbers for the other people
Large Orders & Remote locations
We reserve the option to charge increased postage for large orders with low margin heavy products.
For some postcodes in the remote regions of NT and WA we may have to charge extra postage.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Returns
In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind about a product, you can return your product to us within 30 days. However, a return due to change of mind cannot be made in relation to general medicines, prescriptions, food, vitamins and nutritional supplements.
Proof of purchase is required in relations to all returns. If your return is due to our error we will pay the postage, otherwise, you must pay the postage.
Returns for credit due to change of mind must be received in original condition.
We strongly suggest any return is packaged appropriately in a box to prevent damage in transit from you to us.
Refund Policy
Refunds, where necessary, will be directly credited to your Credit Card or nominated account or credited to your Pharmacy Direct account against your next purchase. Please read the Returns Policy for further details.
Overseas Customers
Please note that delivery times are longer for overseas orders. As part of our terms and conditions, we do not take responsibility for parcels seized by customs. When shopping with Pharmacy Direct, please sign and fax back the Customer Agreement form to ensure your order is despatched.
Consumer Medical Information Leaflets (CMI)
CMI leaflets are prepared in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements and are approved for use in Australia only.
