Hi, I placed several orders through your website and most of the time did not have any problems.

One of the problems I encountred with my last order was that order notes field does not allow you to type in a lot of information. Several times I wanted to paste a web link from another site for the purposes of price matching and the field could not take that many characters. I ended up emailing the order and after several days of not hearing back from you, I called customer service and was told you never got my email. I placed the order over the phone and quoted a promotional code CBC3, which should have given me free delivery for orders over $85. I ordered $120 worth of stuff and was charged delivery fee even after quoting the promo code. Now I need to call back again to sort this out.

My friend started shopping with you recently and had to return one of the products she bought ue to product being faulty. She said the customer service person on the phone was rather rude and uninterested.

Just read the other entries below - Im with them, Im going to shop elsewhere. Perhaps you should think about removing the "conveniece" tick from your banner above, theres nothing convenient about a non-functioning website.

Website brings up a SQL error when you dont have a promo code to enter on login. Also, theres no link for me to access my shopping cart after Ive clicked things into it.

When i search on active ingredient, eg "paracetamol" or "magnesium," the next page presents options such as "paracetamol and codeine" but the next link is broken.

The active ingredient search link is currently offline. You can access the products by typing the active ingredients directly into the search box. ...Deb

not a very user friendly website. I have placed about 6 orders with you guys but am getting increasingly frustrated. Searching for item is quite difficult. I think you need to look at simplifying the search process.
