Double orders

Please do not fax and post orders.

If this is done then we see this as two separate orders and we will send your order twice. We cannot accept one order back for credit if this happens.

Please do not fax, phone or email an order then post prescriptions and expect us to link these two together.

We cannot. Please enclose the order and prescriptions together.

Large Orders & Remote locations

We reserve the option to charge increased postage for large orders with low margin heavy products.

For some postcodes in the remote regions of NT and WA we may have to charge extra postage.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Returns

Our Returns Policy is very simple. Customers can return anything at any time for any reason. If it is our error we pay the postage. If it is your error you pay the postage. Returns for credit must be received in original condition. Returns should be packed appropriately.

Exceptions: Some companies e.g. Braun & Omron insist on dealing directly with the customer, therefore for these reasons please call our Customer Service Department before returning items.

Overseas Customers

Please note that delivery times are longer for overseas orders. As part of our terms and conditions, we do not take responsibility for parcels seized by customs.
