Payments can be made by:

Credit Card

Cheque or Money Order

If paying by cheque or money order, please don't forget to add the $5.95 postage & handling charge.

If paying by money order, please write your name & address on the back of the money order.

You cannot pay by cheque of money order online. You would need to post your cheque or money order with your order.

Direct Debit

The initial set up of direct debit takes approximately 7 days, so your first order will be delayed for that time unless payment is made by other means.

When placing future orders and you have made arrangements for us to debit your account, please quote your account number and BSB number on the order form along with the name of the account.

BPAY

Biller Code: 505156

Pharmacy Direct now accepts online payments via the BPAY payment system. Simply select the BPAY option from the payment options menu.

You will then be issued with a Pharmacy Direct Customer Reference Number to quote at your financial institution. Contact your financial institution either by Phone or Internet Banking and make your BPAY payment.

Once your payment has been cleared your order will then be dispatched. For more information on BPAY, click here.

Delivery

Postage and Handling is $5.95 per order up to 30kg anywhere in Australia.

We send your order by Australia Post and it needs to be signed for.

Your order can be sent to a business address since the order arrives in a plain unidentifiable (biodiegradable) package that can be signed for by a receptionist.

Pensioners/Card Holders

We guarantee that you will pay no more than $4.90 for your PBS medication when we supply you with the brands that we recommend. If your order contains PBS prescriptions costing $30.70 or $4.90, then your postage is free within Australia only.

Delivery times

Please allow approx 5-8 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia).

Large Orders & Remote Locations

We reserve the option to charge increased postage for large orders and/or above 30kgs within Australia.
For some postcodes in the remote regions of NT and WA we may have to charge extra postage.

Tracking orders

Please allow the specified delivery times before contacting us about when you will receive your order. We usually cannot answer this question until that period has elapsed. See delivery times.
