Ordering on the Internet

Begin by clicking 'Start Shopping' on the left hand side of the page.
To order an item you may search for and select an that item by

Product Name Or Keyword,
6 Digit Catalogue Number,
Department Or
Active Ingredient.

(Use the Search function at the top of your screen for Product Name or Keyword searches.)

When you find your product click the 'Order' button next to the order quantity and that product will be added to your Shopping Basket. Repeat this process till you are happy with your order.

A summary of your purchases will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

To finalise your order click on the 'Saved Orders' button from the main menu on the left of the screen, or the 'Saved Orders' link located under the order summary.

This will display your complete order for you to check as well as any previously saved orders. It allows you to make changes if necessary, When you are happy with your order and wish to pay by credit card or direct debit, then click on the checkout button located under your order summary.

If you wish to pay by cheque or money order, you need to click the 'View a printer friendly version of this order' link so you can send it with your cheque or money order.
